1. Disclaimer

  1. Please provide vehicle make, model year, VIN, and wheel size before ordering TTSPORT products.
  2. Confirm wheel measurements and submit photos as requested — TTSPORT is not liable for issues arising from incorrect specs.
  3. All products are inspected before shipping. Inspect upon delivery and report quality issues within 24 hours.

2. Initial Break‑In Procedure

  1. In a safe area, brake from 60 km/h to 10 km/h with moderate pressure—repeat 10 times.
  2. Drive 500–1,000 km with light to moderate usage before full braking performance. Avoid aggressive stops.
  3. Our high‑carbon steel discs have grooved, color‑treated surfaces to help quick bedding and resist corrosion.

3. Product Warranty

  • Calipers: 1‑year warranty on defects. Lifetime maintenance available (parts charged).
  • Discs & Hoses: 90‑day warranty for defects. Expected lifespan: 40,000–60,000 km.
  • Brake Pads: 90‑day coverage. Typical lifespan: 20,000–40,000 km.
  • Custom Hats/Brackets: Fit guaranteed; no warranty post-installation.

4. Usage & Maintenance

  1. Do not wash immediately after hard braking to prevent rotor warpage.
  2. Allow extra stopping distance when driving in wet conditions.
  3. If you experience unusual noise or vibration, consult your installer immediately.

Recommended service intervals:

  • Replace rotors when wear exceeds 3 mm.
  • Front pads: every 30,000 km.
  • Rear pads: every 50,000–60,000 km.
  • Brake fluid: every 40,000 km or every 2 years.

Q1: How do I know if a brake kit fits my vehicle?

Please contact our customer service to confirm compatibility.

To help us identify the correct kit for your vehicle, please provide the following:

  • Vehicle year
  • Make and model
  • Wheel size (in inches)
  • Whether the wheels are stock or aftermarket
  • Photos of your current brake setup (if possible)
  • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)

The more details you share, the faster and more accurately we can assist you.

Q2: What components are included in the TTSPORT brake kit?

The standard kit includes:

  • 2 × Brake Rotors
  • 2 × Brake Calipers
  • 4 × Brake Pads
  • 2 × Rotor Hats
  • 2 × Caliper Brackets
  • 2 × Braided Brake Hoses

All components are engineered for outstanding performance, safety, and long-term durability.

Note: Vehicle-Specific Series brake kits do not include rotor hats or caliper brackets, as they use bridge-integrated calipers and one-piece rotors for direct OEM-style installation without additional adapters.

Q3: Rotor Size and Wheel Compatibility

  • 15" wheels: ≤286mm rotors
  • 16" wheels: ≤295mm rotors
  • 17" wheels: ≤330mm rotors
  • 18" wheels: ≤355mm rotors
  • 19" wheels: ≤380mm rotors
  • 20" wheels: ≤390/405mm rotors (model-dependent)
  • 21" wheels: ≤410/420mm rotors (model-dependent)
  • 22" wheels: ≤440mm rotors

These are general guidelines—please consult customer service for exact fitment.
