Broncos are being built like real trail rigs now, not just daily drivers. Lift kit, big tires, steel bumpers, armor, roof rack, camping gear – it all adds weight and rotating mass the factory brakes were never sized around.
The OR6 kit gives your Bronco a proper off-road front brake system: forged 6-piston calipers with 79 cm² (12.25 in²) of piston area and 32 mm thick high-carbon rotors that can take long, technical descents without going soft.
If your Bronco spends real time on trails and not just on open road, OR6 is the upgrade that makes the braking match the rest of the build.
The OR6 hardware is shared across our off-road line, then adapted for Bronco fitment. The spec below is what turns “it stops okay” into “it still feels good after a full day on the trail.”

Confirm your Bronco or Bronco Raptor is running 17" or larger wheels suitable for a big brake kit.
Measure from the rotor mounting face to the back of the wheel spokes. You need at least 91 mm (3.58 in) of clearance.
Check your Bronco or Bronco Raptor year, trim and axle package. If you’re unsure, send us your VIN and build details and we’ll confirm.

Look, we know you get it. Your brake kit is custom-made for your specific car. That means once it's built, it's yours. We can only accept returns if there’s a genuine quality defect from our side.
Sometimes, aftermarket wheels can be tricky. Depending on the design, you might need spacers for clearance. We’ll do our best to help you figure it out, but issues related to wheel spacers don't qualify for a return.
To get this right the first time, we need your help. Before you order, please give us the following info:
We’ll likely ask you to confirm some measurements and send a few photos of your wheels. Please double-check everything you send us. TTSPORT isn't responsible for fitment issues if the specs you provided were off.
We check every single part before it leaves our shop. When your kit arrives, give it a good look-over. If you spot any potential quality issues, let us know within 24 hours.
