A front big brake kit is only half the equation. The EMB4 is the essential rear-axle system that makes the entire setup work in harmony. Engineered as the perfect monoblock counterpart to our EMB6 front calipers, the EMB4 restores proper brake bias, delivering rock-solid stability and a repeatable pedal feel without upsetting the chassis.

Machined from a single piece of forged aluminum, the EMB4 provides maximum rigidity in a lightweight package. We integrated track-ready technology, including two-piece ventilated pistons and high-temperature seals, to resist heat and eliminate fade during aggressive canyon runs or HPDE sessions. 1. Wheel Diameter

Confirm you are running 18" or larger wheels.

Step 2: Measure spoke clearance; EMB4 needs 101 mm or 3.98 in minimum.
2. Spoke Clearance

Measure from the rotor mounting face to the back of the wheel spokes. You need at least 101 mm (3.98 in) of clearance.

Technical FAQ

Why choose the monoblock EMB4 over the two-piece ES4?
Peak rigidity and lower weight. The EMB4's single-piece monoblock construction offers the highest possible resistance to flex, translating to the firmest and most direct pedal feel. It is the flagship rear caliper and the ultimate engineering match for the EMB6 front kit. The ES4 offers fantastic performance, but the EMB4 is the no-compromise choice.
Does this kit include a parking brake solution?
No. The EMB4 is a high-performance hydraulic caliper only and does not include a parking brake mechanism. If your vehicle requires an integrated electronic parking brake (EPB), you must choose our dedicated EP4S Rear Caliper Kit instead.
Why is upgrading the rear brakes so important?
A powerful front-only big brake kit can shift brake bias too far forward, making the car unstable under hard braking. A properly engineered rear kit like the EMB4 restores this balance, allowing you to brake harder and later with more stability, control, and confidence. It makes your entire braking system work better as a team.

Heads Up! What to Know Before You Install

You’re here because you’re passionate about your ride, and so are we. We want your TTSPORT brake upgrade to be a total win. Here’s some straight talk to make sure everything goes smoothly, from fitment to bedding in.

Our Return Policy

Look, we know you get it. Your brake kit is custom-made for your specific car. That means once it's built, it's yours. We can only accept returns if there’s a genuine quality defect from our side.

Sometimes, aftermarket wheels can be tricky. Depending on the design, you might need spacers for clearance. We’ll do our best to help you figure it out, but issues related to wheel spacers don't qualify for a return.

1. Let's Nail the Fitment

To get this right the first time, we need your help. Before you order, please give us the following info:

  • Your vehicle's Make, Model, Year, and VIN.
  • Your wheel size and specs.

We’ll likely ask you to confirm some measurements and send a few photos of your wheels. Please double-check everything you send us. TTSPORT isn't responsible for fitment issues if the specs you provided were off.

We check every single part before it leaves our shop. When your kit arrives, give it a good look-over. If you spot any potential quality issues, let us know within 24 hours.

2. The Fun Part: Bedding In Your New Brakes

This is key to awesome performance. Don't skip it.

  1. Find a safe, open road. Bring your car up to 40 mph (approx. 65 km/h) and apply firm, steady pressure to slow down to 10 mph (approx. 15 km/h). Don't come to a complete stop. Do this 10 times to get the pads and rotors acquainted.
  2. For the next 300-600 miles (approx. 500-1,000 km), take it easy. No crazy hard stops. This cures the pads and rotors and ensures a long, happy life.
  3. You'll notice our high-carbon steel rotors have a colored, grooved surface. This isn't just for looks—it helps speed up the bedding-in process and fights off corrosion.

3. Our Promise: The TTSPORT Warranty

We build our kits to last, and we stand by our work. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Calipers: Covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. We also offer lifetime maintenance (you just pay for parts).
  • Rotors & Hoses: Covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects. These are wear items, but you can expect them to last 25,000-35,000 miles (approx. 40,000-60,000 km) depending on your driving style.
  • Brake Pads: Covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects. Typically good for 15,000-25,000 miles (approx. 25,000-40,000 km).
  • Custom Hats/Brackets: We guarantee they'll fit perfectly out of the box. Once they're installed, they're not covered under warranty.

4. Pro Tips for Long-Lasting Performance

  1. After a session of hard driving, let your brakes cool down naturally. Don't spray them with cold water—that's a fast way to warp rotors.
  2. Brakes feel different in the rain. Give yourself some extra stopping distance.
  3. If you hear or feel anything weird—grinding, shaking, etc.—talk to your installer right away.

Recommended Service Intervals:

  • Rotors: Replace them when wear exceeds 3 mm (approx. 0.12 inches).
  • Front Pads: Plan on swapping them every 20,000 miles (approx. 32,000 km) or so.
  • Rear Pads: Usually last longer, around 35,000 miles (approx. 56,000 km).
  • Brake Fluid: Flush and replace every 25,000 miles (approx. 40,000 km) or every 2 years, whichever comes first.
